How do I know if my appliance is worth repairing?

It’s not always easy to determine, without a diagnosis, if an appliance is worth repairing. But, once a diagnosis is made, we will provide a fair and honest quote, and we will advise if the repair is not cost effective.

Will I have to wait weeks for a part for my appliance repair?

No. We stock many parts on hand, so we can complete the repair as quickly as possible — most of the time, the same day! However, if a part needs to be ordered, we are usually able to return within 3-5 business days, as we work with several distributors that have many warehouses to source the part from the closest location.

My schedule is very hectic, will I have to wait all day for the technician?

No. We understand some customers have demanding schedules, with little or no time to wait for service. That is why we provide a 2-hour service window for all of our valued customers — not an all-day appointment. We also offer "call ahead" courtesy calls, and we will call 10, 15, 20 or 30 minutes prior to the technician’s arrival.

How much time will it take to repair my appliance?

This depends on the appliance and the extent of the repair. As a result of our extensive ongoing training and up-to-date service bulletins, most repairs take an average of 30 minutes to complete, and rarely will a repair take more than an hour.

How long are repairs guaranteed?

All of our repairs have a full one year warranty.
